Frequently asked questions
Does this replace our existing ERP or PMS?
No. InventoryIQ and OpsPulse sit on top of the systems already running. They read data from your ERP, PMS, or spreadsheets — they don't replace them. No rip-and-replace. No new platform to learn. But if we see that our system works better, we will offer replacement — but it's up to the business owner in the end.
How is this different from Epicor forecasting or Opera reporting?
ERPs track what's on the shelf. PMSs show one property at a time. Neither predicts what's next. Neither correlates across locations. We build the forward-looking layer their current tools don't provide.
Can OpsPulse aggregate Opera, Maestro, and Cloudbeds on one screen?
Yes. That's the core value. Hotel management companies often run mixed PMS fleets. OpsPulse normalizes data across all of them into one dashboard. One RevPAR. One occupancy rate. One view.
What does “analyze first, then build” mean?
We study how the business actually runs before proposing anything. We find the bottlenecks, the spreadsheet rituals, the gaps their tools miss. Then deliver: integrate with what works, build what’s missing. No one-size-fits-all.
